How can I personalize my HorseSweats® horse coolers?
1. You can add printing to The Original Basic: Pick the typeface, pick the placement, pick the color, and pick the content. This can be your barn, horse's name, school, team, horse show, achievement, award, etc., or one of our Signature Slogan Designs.
2. OR, customize The Elite: Start with a blank HorseSweats® horse blanket and make a custom creation. This can be your logo, monogram, barn, ranch, farm, horse show, rodeo, birthday party, etc. Pick the lettering and/or monogram style, placement and color.

How do I know my horse likes his HorseSweats®?
You know how good it feels when you put on your favorite sweatshirt? Well, that’s how good your horse feels wrapping up in his HorseSweats® horse blanket. And it just gets better and better the more you wear it. Right?
How many HorseSweats® horse coolers should a horse have?
- Rule of thumb #1: Horses may have as many HorseSweats® as the number of sweatshirts their owners have ever owned (or “borrowed” from significant others).
- Rule of thumb #2: Have at least two, so there’s always one to wear when the other’s in the wash. No horse should have a day without his HorseSweats®.
What’s the best way to care for HorseSweats®?
A good brushing goes a long way. Just whisk away dirt, dust or flecks of sawdust from the no-pill surface. And a good shake now and then works wonders.
But Wait! It’s WASHABLE! Throw it in the machine. Use cold or warm water and pre-treat stains as you wish.
In short, care for HorseSweats® just as you do your own favorite sweatshirt. No pressure. Just lie back and enjoy the all-around joyfulness of it.
How do I know my horse will get a perfect fit?
Another great thing about sweatshirts is they’re so flexible! They manage to be comfy and wrap-around and still have that one-size-fits-all attitude to life. Relax! This is athletic sweatshirt tradition in all its glory.
As a helpful guide when you purchase, you’ll find the blanket size range of each flexible HorseSweats® size. For example: Large (76-80).
Will I get a break when I order a bundle?
You bet! We have quantity pricing and volume discounts for everything from barns to horse shows, ranches to racetracks and whatever’s in between. Just call or email for more information.
What if I have an idea and no design for it?
Not to worry! Our Custom Design Service is here to help with your logo or special idea. Just call or email us for more information. (N.B. HorseSweats® reserves the right to approve all ideas submitted).
Is there a guarantee?
We guarantee it! HorseSweats® protects against all defects of workmanship and materials for 6 months from date of purchase. Contact us with info, send us the item, and we’ll verify and replace the merchandise.
What about order and return policies?
The most important goal for HorseSweats® is happy, satisfied customers (equine and otherwise). If you and/or your horse don’t love your HorseSweats® horse blanket, please tell us the reason.
Orders are important to us. We work hard not to goof on them. If we do make a mistake (we’re only human), let us know and we’ll make it right.
For orders made by email, we check for the customer's final approval before printing.
When ordering online, we ask that you please check and double check your order. Once the order is submitted, that’s your final approval of the information. Then we jump on it and get it to you as quickly as possible!
What about special orders?
Special orders? They’re special and they’re NO problem. Just call or email us for information, and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.
Special orders made in person, by phone or by email require final approval by the customer.
What about shipping?
HorseSweats® horse coolers are shipped via UPS Ground in the U.S. and Canada. Price varies according to weight and shipping zone of destination. Orders generally take 10 to 14 days to arrive.
Priority, Express or Global Shipment: By request.
